Today is grocery shopping day. Got my list ready to print. Still working on
coupons. Couponing is intimidating for me. Getting older I find it harder to read them even with reading glasses on! But I'm not giving up! My niece and her friend Lydia have a new blog on couponing <--- I know not a real word. Check them out at

CVS to pick up my meds and check out their deals. Next to
Aldi. A few years ago I found my all time favorite coffee there! It's German mild. It is less acidic so it has a smoother taste and easier on the tummy. Years ago I discovered pure Kona coffee and loved it. It became impossible to find locally. I think I like the German mild better! Next and final stop to
Food Lion for the basics and ingredients for Hot Italian beef sandwiches. They have
Pepperidge Farm Cakes BOGO this week. Heaven help me be strong! LOL
