Meet Charley my granddog

Isn't she a beauty? Don't tell the boys (my 2 labs and Jasper my grandpuppy I posted her pic first! :D
I'm making her a tutu and hair bow similar to these.
I'm trying to figure out how to attach a hair bow. :) Velcro, baby hair bow adhesive, toothpaste, or would a grooming band work? If not I'll just attach it to a collar.
